Each department at Russellville Steel Company, Inc. is geared toward getting quality steel products to our customers. Our estimators use StruMIS to obtain complete, accurate and detailed bids. Each project manager is here to serve you from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time. Our detailers use the latest AutoCAD and SDS2 computer software to ensure accurate drawings, and our steel fabrication shop produces approximately 250 tons per week using a wide range of up-to-date fabrication equipment. Our Team

Trish Henry - President

Trish Henry is a 1988 graduate of University of Central Arkansas and 1991 graduate of the UALR School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Tennessee. Ms. Henry also holds an Arkansas Contractor's License. In her 29 years of experience with Russellville Steel, she has served as General Counsel, General Manager, Vice-President and is the current President.

Chris Knoles - Executive Vice-President

Mr. Knoles has served Russellville Steel for 33 years and is currently Executive Vice-President and Sales Manager. Mr. Knoles has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with a General Construction Background specializing in Pre-Engineered structures.

Chris Lane - Chief Estimator

Ms. Lane has 44 years of experience with Russellville Steel. She not only bids work, but she also reviews all bids submitted by the 3 person sales team, ensuring the submission of complete, accurate and timely bids. Feel free to contact Ms. Lane for all your bid solicitations.

Chris Bailey - Sales

Mr. Bailey has worked at Russellville Steel for 25 years, with the first 6 years as a structural steel detailer and 19 years in the estimating department.

Bobby Swicegood - Chief Draftsman

Mr. Swicegood has 27 years of experience in structural steel detailing and checking.

Robert Chance - Project Manager

Nathan Hill - Project Manager

Mr. Chance has 16 years of experience in project management at Russellville Steel Company. Prior to joining the project management team, Mr. Chance learned practical hands on fabrication experience in Russellville Steel Company's production facility.

The newest member of Russellville Steel Company's project management team, Mr. Hill joined Russellville Steel Company in 2021.
